It does a good job cleaning but if you do not hold the pick in place it will come out of the holder causing water to squirt all over and make a mess.

Not really cordless, still has tube to base and it takes regular batteries, not rechargeable.

Read carefully, this has tube connecting to the base, and if you pull up on the flosser, the base moves due to the tube being so stiff. Plus it takes regular, disposable (BAD) batteries. It takes 3, so that's 4.5 volts, and a single lithium ion cell is 4.7, why not just one of those? Very disappointed.

It's useless! Almost impossible to install batteries and after all that it still doesn't work. So far, no sign of requested credit to my account. I would give it zero stars!

Flosser tip not adequately secured on handle. Water pressure dislodges the tip during operation. Also, reservoir too small. Need to refill for more thorough flossing.

i should have read online reviews about this product before choosing it. it is basically useless because no matter what you do it doesn't work (and on-line reviews echo that same sentiment). a waste of my benefits.

Very small. 1/4 the size of the full size water pik. This small unit is the same price as the full size. Medline products are very expensive. Not very good quality.

Flimsy, on/button faulty,battery compartment hard to manage with arthritis.

This unit is extremely cheaply made. I wish it could be returned because it just is junk.
Would not recommend at all.
