The tips do not stay in the holder; you get sprayed with water

The water jet tips do not stay in the hose. The pressure of the water pushes the tip out and you get wet from the spray of water. I do not recommend this flosser.

almost useless under performs

i gambled on this one, I should not have ordered, Had use to check it out, now I can't send it back. I wasted my out of pocket money. Tip attachment false off at some point each time I use it spraying water all over the bathroom. I have used a water pick for years but this one is flimsy and no good.

Water pours out but no direct pressure. Within a couple of minutes full water container was empty. Almost no direct pressure. In addition, cheap plastic! Total waste of money. Should not be funded by Kaiser or Medicare.

The flossing heads pop off

I tried using this product and the heads kept popping off due to the water pressure that the machine creates. Conair sent me new heads but they did the same thing. Then they offered me their handheld version and it works great. Good customer service.

Toy water pick

This is a battery powered very small water pick and, I must say that I didn't even try it, but it looked is janky that I sent it to the thrift store.

The water pressure on the high setting does not feel high enough to be very effective at removing food debris or plaque. The tips do not fit securely into the base and fall out while using it giving your face a shower.

Had to send back to manufacturer for warrantee service

Had this, using it daily, for three months. Then the switch started to not always work until it ultimately did not turn the unit on at all. I had good batteries in it, changed batteries, still nothing. The hi-lo/pause switch never seemed to change the flow. I do wish it was plug in/rechargeable. When batteries get the slightest bit weak, the water flow is not as powerful. Had to change batteries after just one month of once-a-day use.
I called the company and they had me send the unit back (UPS paid by them). They will be sending me a new one. Hopefully, my experience was just a fluke and the new one will work much better. Just be sure to save your receipt in case you need warrantee service for this item.

Not very good at ALL, the inserted piece that squirts the water will move-spin while using it, not very good with water contaiment. Battery inserts instead of charging is a Negitive, I do NOT recomend this.

Horrible and certainly not "Powerful"

Do not buy this item. This is probably the worst product made by Conair (who is not known for high quality products anyway)! It only uses batteries...

This product is certainly not "Powerful" as it says it is. I put in new batteries and turned the power on high and the water barely flowed out. Being so small, I thought I would need to refill the water revisor several times to get clean but no, the pressure was so low it took forever to empty the revivor. I get a lot more water pressure from my sink and by swishing water around in my mouth than this unit could ever provide. Huge disappointment! Don't bother purchasing!

I have been greatly disappointed with the usually-recommended water pik. I ordered this product through our insurance and put the in the batteries about two weeks ago. and have used it twice a day ever since. This product cleans my between-the-teeth spaces 100% better than what I have used before. I would recommend it to anyone....BUT... there is one thing you folks need to fix. The pic will NOT stay in the holder unless you hold it in there with your fingers, and even then, there is much leakage. If you do not hold the pic in place very firmly, it will come out and you will get a face bath! Outside of that, GREAT PRODUCT... fix that pic!
