The Ultimate has been my pad of choice for several years. My bladder doesn't signal its need to be relieved until it is suddenly releasing, and this pad can hold the gush. My only quibble is that the adhesive isn't consistent. Most of the time it's fine, but sometimes it is so strong a bit of the pad sticks to my underwear and is difficult to peel off. Other times it doesn't stick enough, and the pad curls up very uncomfortably. Then it may stick to my body. The inconsistency isn't frequent enough to keep me from choosing the pads, though.
