Pads are 1) minuscule, 2) difficult to remove (the thin, minimally-absorbent layer separates from the adhesive layer & has to be pealed off panties), and 3) made of manufactured/synthetic/non-biodegradable materials. Do yourself (and mother nature) a favor: steer clear of the U by Kotex 'Security' regular-sized liners.

Rating
as the previous product offered, the 'Fiore' brand. These Kotex pads are smaller, thinner, and do not adhere as well to the undergarment. Definitely a poor substitute.

Purchased this regular size panty liners. I was shocked to see it turned out the liners are like mini pads, plus they do not adhered to the panty at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IS A WASTE OF MONEY. They should remove this item from the list. Too bad the other Fiore Brand is always out of stock. That one works much better. I have to give one star to continue, otherwise, will be "0" star.

Love it! But size not covered.

I like this product because I have sensitive skin and the fragrance free version doesn't make me itch like other brands do. 1 point ding because I am unable to order the LONG size which provides greater coverage.
