THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF JUNK. I CAN'T BELIEVE I WASTED MONEY ON IT. PICS DO NOT STAY IN THE HOLDER AT ALL AND SPRAYS EVERYWHERE.

Stopped working after I just learned how to use it

The switch is very hard to maneuver. After month of practice, I finally master the skill to pause the jet stream in order to spit out the mouthful of water, without spraying water everywhere. Then the switch simply doesn't turn on anymore (I have replaced batteries.)
Please let me know how to contact the manufacture.

half the time it doesnt work and when it does the stream of water barely makes an impression, like its not even cleaning made big mistake ordering

Doesn't work, low pressure

This product is worthless. The tips do not lock into the sprayer part and constantly pop out giving your face a bath. The pressure is not enough even on the high setting to to be effective. A waste of money.

The pik does not stay in the holder. It is pushed out by the water and sprays everywhere.

I loved it when it was working. I haven't had it that long, but it started acting like the battery had died. But my battery tester showed that the batteries were fine. I understand that the pumps sometimes go out. I'm very disappointed. I think they should go to WaterPik my brother has had one for a long time and still going strong.
