"I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. I've had mine for 4 months now, and it works as good as new. When it comes to charging, I will charge it and leave it off the base until it slows way down. This usually lasts 6-7 days. It's not like I don't know how to use a regular toothbrush for a day. Condition you battery by only charging it when it needs it. It does not need to be on the base 24/7. It works for me."

Received this , plugged it in to charge, and it does not work. As bad as the digital thermometer I ordered awhile back that arrived with a dead battery. Why bother with this outdated merchandise?

Noisy, but effective

"It sounds like a wood chipper," my husband said. Yes, it's noisy, but you get used to it. The brush is soft and comfortable on the gums, and feels like it cleans teeth well with its oscillating action. I find it a bit awkward to operate the off switch, but it's a good product and a good value.

I use this every night. It feels like I am polishing my teeth. They have gotten brighter. This works exceptionally well on my inner teeth. You can really concentrate on spots that are notorious for plaque. I hated using an electric toothbrush that had annoying vibrations. These roto heads are gentle yet effective.

Decent brush. Works well to clean teeth and gums. The bristles along with the vibration seem to be designed to clean really good around the gum line.

It's a lemon. Battery dead in 2 months

Ordered 5/11/2023, started to use on 5/15/2023. Battery complete dead on 7/17/2023. Only used 2 months! I tried to revive it, but failed. Very poor-quality control. A piece of junk. The warranty is 2 years, but I have to ship it back with own expense, plus $3 for replacement shipping. Not worth it. Beware the battery problem.

After 2 months the base would not charge so essentially this product is useless. I even purchased the extra heads.

My first one had a small crack. It was quickly replaced. Second one won’t hold a charge. Not worth ordering again
