"I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. I've had mine for 4 months now, and it works as good as new. When it comes to charging, I will charge it and leave it off the base until it slows way down. This usually lasts 6-7 days. It's not like I don't know how to use a regular toothbrush for a day. Condition you battery by only charging it when it needs it. It does not need to be on the base 24/7. It works for me."

I received the toothbrush but it's not charging don't know how to charge it because the base it came with doesn't charge the toothbrush, the base plugs in but where the toothbrush sits looks like it's just plastic that's it and fits very loose. Please help me figure this out

Refused to charge after less than a month of use.

I ordered this product last month and replacement brushes. It died in less than a month, would not recharge so I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this product. Very frustrating!!!

not as good as Oral B

It works, but doesn't leave my teeth feeling as clean as my Oral B electric toothbrush and it seems noisier, also doesn't have a timer, so I set one to be sure I don't scimp on the time needed to do a good cleaning. The instructions say to clean the brush head about once per week (when the bristles slow down) using mouth wash and to let the battery run down about every six months and then fully recharge. It seems to be higher maintenance than the Oral B brush that I've had some ten years.

Do not buy. Product is loud and jarring to mouth. Customer service did nothing to help. It seems they sell subpar items, which are overpriced, to the people who need them most. Terrible.

Stopped working after 3-4 weeks. It does not do a good job with spinning the brush head. The brush head also is just weirdly designed. Do no buy this!!!!
