I like this toothpaste because it is not overly sweet and does not burn my mouth. It is mild. Once you get used to the flavor of Sparkle Fresh, the major brand toothpastes seem way too strong.

I find most toothpaste to be aggressively sweet and harshly-flavored. Sparkle-Fresh is only about 1/2 as sweet and is mild. Never hurts my mouth the way the commercial brands do. Once you get used to the milder flavor, you might prefer it as I do.
