This is the worst-tasting excuse for cough syrup I've ever encountered. It tastes strongly like the chemical in hair permanents. It's also completely watery, not a syrup at all, and the artificial sweetener only makes it taste worse (if that's possible). This product isn't even vaguely comparable to the name-brand or even the generics. I will never purchase anything with the Geri-Care brand on it again, and I will be dumping this down the sink. Also, I called the OTC "service representative" and was told there are no credits or replacements for anything unless the item is damaged. Apparently, dispensing an absolutely horrid product is just fine with them.
