Imagine my disappointment when I learned that the dimethicone content is being decreased from 5% to 1.5%!
Other vendors for the hospital have tried to sell me on their creams by telling me their dimethicone content was 6%; but I was not swayed. Now what do I do? I can only think this is a cost cutting decision, not a quality one.
