Overhead lights are not enough for the sensor to turn the light off.
The protective plastic film on the clear plastic is challenging to remove and leaves an adhesive residue. It looks terrible.

Bright to lighten up a whole room

Got at beginning of the year with my Medicare Benefits. Best nightlight ever except it's not light activated. It's always on. But no matter since it's not battery operated. Plug it in and forget about it. Nice and bright for an entire room. Probably too bright for a bathroom though

I like the design and amount of light and that it only uses 1/4 watt. However, it requires near direct sunlight to shut off. Therefore it stays on in almost every location I try in my home.

Incorrect operation

The light stays on whether the room is dark or full of light. It also occasionally emits a beeping noise which can be especially annoying when sleeping in the room. Nothing in the packaging instructions mentions anything about emitting sound.
