Contrary to another review, this senior LOVES these tabs! They dissolve very easily in the mouth without added fluid; saliva is enough. I keep a bottle bedside in the event my glucose monitor goes off in the middle of the night, i pop 4 tabs, let them dissolve, go back to sleep. It carries me through until morning and breakfast.

This product is definitely not for seniors. Huge hard tablet slow to dissolve in mouth. Barely raised my sucrose reading. YUK.
