I ordered the 5ct pack of patches but when they arrived there was only one loose patch in the shipment. Hard to believe this was a simple mistake since these patches come in a box. Means whoever packed the order opened a box, took out one patch and sent. Would love to have a reliable contact address where I could file a complaint.

Terrible Product

Note the name, as it's a take-off on ThermaCare. Patches are much smaller than IcyHot. IcyHot patches can be purchased on Amazon for about a dollar/patch. TheraCare patches only relieve pain for less than an hour. IcyHot lasts for 6-8 hours. Don't waste your OTC benefits on this product. It's a true "company store" product that is over valued.

I feel these help the pain - I do wish the patch was easier to get off the clear sheet though. Yes, must be careful when putting on clothes as in the process the clothes can rub the patch and move it.

I used on my arthritic knees. Cut a patch in half and applied half to each knee. The pain lessened considerably so I can walk again.
