I was recently in a house fire and spent time in a hospital. I was given this wonderful lotion vanilla scented and I can't tell you how marvelous it is! I use it constantly and love the way it is absorbed into my skin. I will buy more for myself and friends

My favorite lotion

I’ve been using this lotion for a couple years now, and I won’t use anything else as long as this is still available. It has a lovely vanilla scent and it’s thick and moisturizing. It revives my old, dry skin.

Great disappointment

After receiving two containers of Remedy moisturizer I'm giving up. I cannot get the dispenser to pump the lotion after 15 minutes of trying. I'm canceling my ongoing Amazon order. I was in a rehab center where they used Remedy and I loved it. it would be nice to be able to use it at home. No luck.

Wonderful moisturizer, terrible packaging

I would love to give this skin cream 5 stars. It's an amazing moisturizer for very dry skin. Two issues: 1) The vanilla scent is lovely, but I wish it were half as strong. I have to dilute the lotion with another unscented one to make the scent mild enough. 2) THIS CREAM IS TOO THICK FOR IT'S RIGID PACKAGING. It's in a very stiff squeeze bottle with a tiny opening that's suitable for a liquidy lotion, so it's impossible to dispense without scooping it out of the narrow bottle. It needs to be in a soft, squeezable tube or a cream jar. I hope the manufacturer will make this lovely product more accessible. Do that, and I'll gladly give it 5 stars.

Absolutely great product but so hard to get out of the bottle!

Works well! Rich, creamy and smells great but it's just too thick and the bottle is so hard to squeeze (not very pliable). Certainly not arthritic hand/finger friendly and probably an issue for a lot of elderly individuals. I have tried inverting the bottle and that helps a little but still hard to get out of the bottle, especially once you have used more than half of the contents.

I have eczema and this is the best Medline lotion to use. I have tried Intensive skin therapy/Hydraguard D, Silicone cream lotion and Therapy skin cream. These 3 were so greasy I had to wait 20 - 30 minutes before I dressed. The clinical moisturize dries immediate. The scent is so faint you won't notice it. It has improved my ezema 75 - 80 percent. I love it. Please Medline do not discontinue this product! It works!

Very hard to dispense

Two stars for the bottle: Cream is very thick and hard to get out of bottle, perhaps a pump bottle would be more helpful. Would like to see more pump bottles for your products for those who have coordination problems. Just started using the cream last night will see if it keeps my dryness at bay.
