So they are kinda big, definitely not discreet. They do work well, but I hate that on the lowest setting I can still hear myself echo. I do have hearing loss and on the verge of needing hearing aids, but could not stand to wear these longer then a few minutes. The echoing was to much for me. They did easily pair with my mobile device. Seem to be well made and the case is compact.

These easy to use over-the-counter hearing aids are comfortable and easy to pop out and place in the ear. I recommend these for anybody whos just starting to lose hearing or has further along loss. it has slight double sound but nothing that you cant get used to. Give them a try.
