Took this item to my doctor office to calibrated it against theirs. it was way off and had to discard it because Medline won't accept return even though the item is defective.

this Oximeter work really nice for my big fingers and seems to be more accurate than the Drug Store Oximeter i have purchase in the past and i like that it has a one year Warranty.

Description claims that the results are audible but they are not. There is nothing in the directions to explain how to make it audible and there are no additional buttons to press. The so-called SmartHeart is just an ordinary Oximeter. It

Waste of credits

After waiting quite a long time for delivery, I am VERY disappointed. My cardiologist prescribed a medication that requires me to keep track of my heart rate. I thought this would be a quick, easy way to do so. However, this device only shows any result about one third of the time that I attempt to use it. And I have assured that I am using it properly. Don't waste your time on this device!!
