This lumbar cushion has been very helpful to my lower back. Especially, when I am in my recliner. It feels that empty spot in my lower back. Glad I have it.

I have to sit a lot in front of my desktop. I have lower back pain daily from all the sitting. I just put the lumbar cushion where I normally have 2 pillows and it feels great! I think we're going to have a long and meaningful relationship.
