Ingredients
1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®- Vegetable Medley
4 ounces tofu
1/4 cup leeks
1 ounce protein pasta (uncooked)- red lentil and quinoa pasta
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup seaweed
1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
Preparation
- In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
- Cut 4 ounces tofu and add to blender
- Chop up leeks and add to blender
- Boil/cook pasta until al dente and add to blender
- Add mushrooms, seaweed and vegetable broth
- Blend at high speed for 2 minutes
- Strain blended meal
- Enjoy!
