Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and added to your order. We offer flat rate shipping at $7.95, all orders over $50 ship free. All orders will ship FedEx ground, expedited freight is not available. No Sunday/holiday delivery. *Free shipping only applies to orders over $50 before tax is applied and after all discounts have been applied.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

The shipping rate to Alaska or Hawaii will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), shipping method, and our product warehousing location. 

Note: Our free shipping on orders over $50, $7.95 flat rate shipping, or other shipping discounts may not apply when items require shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may be incurred. A customer service representative will contact you if your order incurs additional shipping charges, following the placement of your order. Return Policy

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this Policy. If the return is customer error please call into 1-800-307-8386 to assist with setting up the return. A 5% restock for the first 30 days, 10% restock 31-60 days and 20% restock 61-90 days will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Customer will be responsible for return freight.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please call our Customer Service team at 1-800-307-8386 in order to proceed with your return.

Customer Service is available Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Returns may be rejected because of the physical condition of the items. Specifically: (a) only items in full, complete and unopened cases with original packaging are returnable and (b) items otherwise in an unsalable condition due to improper storage or damaged packaging are not returnable.

Customer will not be charged freight on returns that are the result of Medline error, defect or damage. In all other situations (e.g.: a discretionary return on your part), Customer will be responsible for pre-paying freight charges unless Medline issues call tags or a bill of lading. (Freight charges, if any, will be deducted from the credit amount).
