Effective January 1 2026, over the counter benefits for some Kaiser Permanente members will no longer be administered by Medline. Please refer to your 2026 Summary of Benefits for more information.

2026 OTC Catalogs

Eligible 2026 Kaiser members, who received a 2025 print catalog, will automatically receive a 2026 catalog. Refer to your 2026 Summary of Benefit for eligilibity. Catalogs are shipping the first week in January. 2026 catalogs will be available to download December 18. Print catalogs can be ordered online beginning January 1, 2026.

Welcome to Medline’s Over the Counter (OTC) Benefit Solution, we’re glad you’re here! We’ve created a great experience for you. You will need to activate your account before you can start shopping. Activation is easy and only takes a few minutes.

  • Click the “Activate Account” button above to go to the registration page.
  • Fill in your Member ID, Date of Birth and Email (optional).
  • Create a strong password. It must be at least 8 characters, include a capital letter, a number and a symbol.
  • After all the fields are filled in, click the “Activate Account” button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the Home screen on the order site and you’re ready to start shopping.

Resetting your password is easy. Have your Member ID ready and click the “Forgot Password” button.

  • Fill in your Member ID and Date of Birth
  • Enter your new Password and then Confirm Password
  • Email Address is optional
  • Click on “Reset Password”

There are two easy ways to view your benefit information once you’ve logged in.

  • Go to the “Account” menu and click the “Benefits Detail” tab.

OR

  • Click on the “Benefit FAQ” card on the Home page.
