Kitchen Blends recipes: Valentine's Day dark chocolate chicken


1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends® - Chicken
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 teaspoons cocoa dry powder (unsweetened)
3 ounces Icelandic Skyr yogurt plain
1 ounce almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder


  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Cut open 1/2 an avocado, remove pit and skin, and add avocado to blender
  3. Chop up an onion and add to blender
  4. Add milk, cocoa powder, Skyr yogurt, almonds, cinnamon, garlic and chili powder
  5. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes
  6. Strain blended meal
  7. Enjoy!
