Kitchen Blends recipes: St. Patrick's Day corned beef stew


1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®- Vegetable Medley
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 cup corn beef
1/2 cup cabbage (cooked)
1 large carrot
1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon garlic


  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Chop up onion and add to blender
  3. Add corn beef, cabbage and carrots from homemade stew
  4. Add vegetable broth, tumeric and garlic
  5. Blend at high speed for 1 minute
  6. Strain blended meal
  7. Enjoy!
