
Kitchen Blends recipes: Easter Salmon frittata

Ingredients:
1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®- Salmon
1 large egg
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 cup leeks
1/2 cup ciced potato
1/2 cup cottage cheese (nonfat)
2 spears asparagus
1 1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon dill weed
Preparation:
- In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends
- In a hot skillet pan, fully cook 1 egg
- Once fully cooked, add to blender
- Chop up onion and keeps, add to blender
- Dice potatos into small pieces, add to blender
- Add cottage cheese, asparagus, milk and dill weed
- Blend at high speed fo ror 1 minute
- Strain blended meal
- Enjoy!
