Kitchen Blends recipes: Cinco de Mayo burrito bowl

Ingredients

1 Bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends® - Chicken
1/3 cup brown rice (cooked)
1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup Icelandic Skyr yogurt plain
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 tablespoon lime juice


Preparation

  1. In a Vitamix® or high pwered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Follow direction on packaging, fully cooked rice, and add to blender
  3. Chop up a red pepper
  4. Add Skyr yogurt, chicken broth, cilantro, taco seasoning and lime juice
  5. Blend at high speed for 1 minute
  6. Strain blended meal
  7. Enjoy!
