Kitchen Blends recipes: Chinese New Year noodles

Ingredients

1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®- Vegetable Medley
4 ounces tofu
1/4 cup leeks
1 ounce protein pasta (uncooked)- red lentil and quinoa pasta
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup seaweed
1 1/4 cups vegetable broth


Preparation

  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Cut 4 ounces tofu and add to blender
  3. Chop up leeks and add to blender
  4. Boil/cook pasta until al dente and add to blender
  5. Add mushrooms, seaweed and vegetable broth
  6. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes
  7. Strain blended meal
  8. Enjoy!
