Kitchen Blends recipe: Red, white and blue parfait


1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®-Vegetable Medley
1/2 cup strawberries (chopped)
1/2 cup blueberries
3 ounces Icelandic Skyr yogurt plain
1ounces almonds
1 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons PB2


  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Chop up strawberries, add to blender
  3. Add blueberries, Skyr yogurt, almonds, milk and PB2
  4. Blend at high speed for 1 minute
  5. Strain blended meal
  6. Enjoy!
