Kitchen Blends recipe: First day of summer swiss burger

Ingredients

1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®- Vegetable
1/2 cup Ground beef
1/2 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1 1/4 cups Beef broth
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 cup Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Mushrooms


Preparation

  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. In a hot skillet, fully cook ground beef and add to blender
  3. Chop up tomatoes and onions, add to blender
  4. Add beef broth, turmeric, Swiss cheese, and mushrooms
  5. Blend at high speed for 1 minute
  6. Strain blended meal
  7. Enjoy!
