Kitchen Blends recipe: Back to school chicken salad sandwich

Ingredients

1 bowl Medline-Kitchen Blends®-Chicken
1/4 cup oatmeal (cooked)
1/4 cup apple (chopped)
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup chicken broth
1 ounce almonds
3 ounces Icelandic Skyr yogurt, plain
1 teaspoon garlic
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon lemon
1 teaspoon tumeric


Preparation

  1. In a Vitamix® or high powered blender, pour in the bowl of Kitchen Blends®
  2. Follow directions on oatmeal package, cook oatmeal, add to blender
  3. Chop up an apple and an onion, add to blender
  4. Add chicken broth, almonds, Skyr yogurt, garlic, spinach, lemon and tumeric
  5. Blend at high speed for 1 minute
  6. Strain blended meal
  7. Enjoy!
